Rashmika Mandanna & Vijay Deverakonda to Celebrate Wedding With Temple Annadanam and Sweets Across 21 Indian Cities
Mumbai, India – Popular Indian film stars Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda have officially tied the knot and are now celebrating their marriage with a large-scale charitable initiative across India.
The couple shared wedding photos on social media, confirming their marriage and thanking fans for their continued love and support. Following the announcement, they distributed sweets to paparazzi and revealed plans to extend the celebrations nationwide.
Nationwide Sweet Distribution in 21 Cities
In a joint Instagram statement, the couple wrote that they want the entire country to be part of their special moment.
“You have always been a part of our journey and our love story. We want to celebrate our wedding with all of you. And how do we celebrate in India? With sweets and food.”
On March 1, trucks filled with sweets will travel across multiple Indian states, including Telangana, Delhi, Chandigarh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Bihar. Select cities in these states will receive special sweet distributions.

The couple also announced food donation drives (Annadanam) at prominent temples across India, including:

Additional temples in other states will also participate in the food distribution program.
Grand Wedding in Udaipur
Rashmika and Vijay were married on February 26 at the luxurious Mementos by ITC Hotels in Udaipur. The wedding was attended by close friends and family.
Reports indicate that invitations for the Hyderabad reception on March 4 were extended to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah. Photos of Vijay meeting Amit Shah have been circulating online.
