The clash, which involved lethal weapons and stone-pelting, left at least 12 people critically injured. The tension didn’t end at the crime scene, as a massive ruckus later erupted at the local hospital.

According to local sources, the dispute between two groups in Singhia had been simmering for months. On Friday morning, the situation escalated into a full-blown physical fight. Both sides allegedly attacked each other with sticks, iron rods, and sharp weapons.
Eyewitnesses described scenes of panic as villagers ran for safety while the two factions engaged in what locals termed a “bloody clash.” Several people sustained serious head and body injuries during the confrontation.

The injured were rushed to the Singhia Referral Hospital for treatment. However, tensions flared again when family members and supporters gathered at the hospital premises, accusing authorities of delay in providing medical care.
The situation quickly turned chaotic, with shouting, protests, and demands for immediate police action against the accused. Hospital staff reportedly struggled to manage the crowd as security concerns grew.

After receiving information, police from the Singhia Police Station reached both the clash site and the hospital to restore order. Senior officials confirmed that the area remains under surveillance to prevent further escalation.
“We are investigating the matter and identifying the main accused based on the statements of the injured. Strict legal action will be taken against those who took the law into their hands,” a police official said.
