‘Clayface’ teaser: Body horror takes centre stage in DC’s darkest origin story yet

DC Studios has released the first teaser for Clayface, introducing one of Batman’s most unsettling villains in a film that leans heavily into psychological and body horror. The movie is set to arrive in theatres on October 23.

The footage follows an aspiring actor, played by Tom Rhys Harries, whose life spirals after a violent attack leaves his face severely damaged. Desperate for a solution, he turns to an experimental procedure led by a scientist portrayed by Naomi Ackie. The possible cure quickly mutates into something far more disturbing, as his body gains the ability to morph into different forms.
