Riya Shibu has been roped in for ‘Chiyaan 63’ featuring Vikram.

The makers of Chiyaan 63have announced the female lead for the movie. Vikram’s next, under Anand Shankar’s direction, was announced in April. Now, Riya Shibu has joined the project.
Riya grabbed eyeballs with her performance in the blockbuster Malayalam movie Sarvam Maya. Directed by Akhil Sathyan, the movie starred Nivin Pauly in the lead. Riya’s portrayal of Delulu, an endearing ghost, received widespread praise.
Chiyaan 63 is produced by Sendhil Thyagarajan and Arjun Thyagarajan under the banner Sathya Jyothi Films. “Adding fuel to flame. Riya Shibu on board,” wrote the production house on X to announce the casting.
Incidentally, Riya had produced Vikram’s Veera Dheeran Sooran under the banner HR Pictures. The 2025 rural action drama was directed by S U Arun Kumar.
Chiyaan 63 was announced with a video titled ‘First Flame’. This is Vikram’s second collaboration with director Anand Shankar after Iru Mugan (2016).
Meanwhile, Vikram had also teamed up with 96 fame Prem Kumar and Bodi Rajkumar. No further announcements have been made about the projects. Vikram was also set to work with Madonne Ashwin of Mandela and Maaveran fame.
